Check out the Sanderson headers site, you can get there direct or through Sam Solaces "Century Performance" site.

Have a set on my 36 ford with 94 chevy cast iron head LT-1 350 engine. Two of the tubes hit the spark-plug boots. They have melted down to the terminals. Before you buy ,talk to them and make sure you let them know "you don't want them if the hit the plug wires" The quality is first class just wish they fit.

Sorry, part of my message got lost. I'm not recommending the headers, just the site. They show some pretty good header drawings with dimensions. I did have them make a set for me, but it's a one off set to my dimensions and everything clears fine.
But, I also insulated my boots with high temp braided tube that I got through McMaster Carr. The stuffs good for up to 1500 degrees or so and looks ok. I also found some clamps in the catalog and painted them engine red. Makes a clean install. Shoot me your e-mail and I'll send a pic. The whole setup cost maybe $25 and I've got stuff leftover.

The 2 cylinders that have the header problem have the short plugs, and still hit.

They make short plugs, accel, and certain AC marine plugs... Don't know the numbers. Unless yer already using them.
