T Bodies

I'm getting ready to buy a T-bucket body and turtle deck. I'm considering one from MAS and a couple other companies. Anyone have any particular impression of the body from them or others in regard to finish, construction strength, timely delivery, etc? Both positive and negative input will help with my decision. Thanks

MAS are the low end on glass bodies. The one I had on my T had about a thousand pinholes that had to be filled. The gell coat is very thin. The turtle deck is badly shaped around the bottom, it takes a lot of work to make it look right. There was no reinforcement anywhere, I had to do it all myself. Total performance has much better bodies, but they are not ready to use either.

I bought a pair of "T" front fenders from MAS and the price was good, however the finish on them was very pimplely and would have to be totally sanded down to be ready for final paint. How much work you wanna do? Dave
