None of the bumper cars I ever rode in as a kid looked as fancy as any that I've seen here so far.

Here is the one that got my juices flowing........after Purplepickup posted a link to Thunderpig's page....I was hooked. Bought my 41 Lusse motor scooter bumper caar 2 days later. Just gotta learn what to do now and get started.....I want to be bumping into people in the spring.....do you think vintage air makes a unit for these?

Vic- if you look close at the Thunderpig site you can get a grasp of what a shortened rear out of a golf cart would work into the design. Where are you guys finding these things? I've done a search or two but have come up empty handed (and I sure as hell am not going to pay 5-8K for a finished one!!!). It looks like there's a barn full of them in somebody's photo!

Bill, look down the roundtable on my old post ( motorizing an old bumper car) you'll find info. I posted on those B.cars you saw. If you need more info. than that, my email Add. is also listed there somewhere, and I'll help you any way I can.
