Insulate the whole cab (floor walls roof firewall kick panels etc..) and that should cut down on the noise problem. I used the insulate that Home Depot and all auto stores sells for automotive purposes and while I was at it during the stereo system installation I Dyno-Matted most of the cab considering I have speakers all over the place. No lie, you can ride in mine at 80 mph with a healthy 350 custom headers 2" aluminized pipe 2 chamber Flowmasters with Megs tail pipes and talk like we're sitting next to eachother in my living room.

I'll get the brand name of the insulation to ya in a few.

The Mc Gyver move may not be the answer, but muffler selection would be the key to a quieter ride. Flows are loud.

You could always put a potato in each tailpipe but I don't think it would run too well (but it would quiet things down)
