It's kinda hard to tell from that picture. What is it? 2dr, 4dr? HT, post? V8? stock, updated??? If its a clean California '55 2dr and runs it's worth it.

If its a 2door post, pro-street with a BBC I'll take it for $5500 in a heartbeat :-)

HI ALLEN,I HAVE OWNED MANY 55'S OVER THE YEARS AND STILL HAVE A VERY NICE BEL AIR HARDTOP.THE CAR YOU ARE LOOKING AT APPEARS TO BE A 210 MODEL THAT WAS ORIGINALLY A 6 CYLINDER CAR.IT IS LESS DESIRABLE AS IT IS A 4-DOOR BUT THAT IS ALSO REFLECTED IN THE ASKING PRICE.ONE THING TO CHECK OUT CAREFULLY ARE THE "DOG LEG BRACES" WHICH ARE PERPENDICULAR TO THE FRAME RAILS(3 ON EACH SIDE)WHERE THE BODY MOUNTS.THESE ARE VERY OFTEN RUSTED OR HAVE BEEN REPAIRED POORLY.IF THE FRAME LOOKS SOUND,MY OPINION IS THE ASKING PRICE IS FAIR.I AM A STREETRODDER AT HEART BUT REALLY DO ENJOY THE EXTRA ROOM AND SMOOTHER RIDE OF MY 55 AS A CHANGE OF PACE!!MY 55 IS IN THE STUDIO. Thanks for the advice. I asked the seller in writting if it was a 210 or Belair. He stated a Belair and he had all the chrome to put back on. I think I will pass. Thank you again!
