Usually we're on the ball and will quickly remove any unsolicited spam from the board here, but since we're controlling it, I figure it's ok... :-)
I wanted to mention that if you or someone you know is in need of some help in web design or development, we may be interested in helping. Between Rob and myself, we have most everything covered - from design, layout, navigation, graphics, complex programming, and database work. We greatly enjoy this line of work and are always on the lookout for new opportunities. Also, if your company is in need of web people, we're open to fulltime positions as well.
No, this doesn't mean we won't be working on SRS - there's always plenty to do here. This is our bread and butter.
Once again, Happy Holidays to all!

Sounds good, Denise. I'll be out of town for most of next week, so talking after New Year's will work out great.
SRS-Aholic... is there a 12 step program for that? :)

Hi my name is Rick and i'm a SRS-AHOLIC. These are the 12 steps i go by:
1) We admitted we are powerless over street rods, that our lives had become unmanageable.
2) Came to believe that a street rod hobby greater than ourselves could restore us to sanity.
3) Mad a decision to turn our ideas and our answers to the care of SRS as we understood them.
4) Made a searching and fearless inventory of ourselves. and post then in the roudtable
5) Telling other street rodders to join SRS.
6) Were entirely ready to have SRS remove all these defects of character.
7) Humbly asked SRS to remove our shortcomings.( if they do, there won't be anybody left).
8) Made a list of all street rodders in SRS, and became willing to make friends to them all.
9) Made direct amends to such street rodders wherever possible. Except when in the roundtable.
10) Continued to take personal inventory and when we are wrong promptly admitted it.
11) Sought through the roundtable and studio to improve our conscious contact with SRS, as we understood them. Looking in the roundtable only for knoledge of SRS members and power to carry that out.
12) Having had a spiritual awakening as the results of these steps, We tried to carry this message to SRS members, and to practice these principles in all the street rodding hobby.
Man do i feel better
Rick

Speaking of which -- if you need any help at SRS, please feel free to ask away. I'm into PHP, Cold Fusion, and a little ASP here and there. I've built a lot of things that are similar to this area. I love the work you and the others do here on SRS. I'd love to see some new articles, but I know also about the pains of getting people to write things to submit. I just changed the site I run (http://www.shelbydodge.org) over to a self-submit/approve type place. I'm still waiting for entries . . . GRRRR!
Anyway, I'd be happy to help out. (Oh, and I do this for a living too, but I'll keep the plug to myself.)
