Just thought I'd introduce myself. I'm a 34 year old mechanic that has worked in a GM dealership for 14 years here in Canada.
I'm building a 32 roadster from a Wescott body and just a hobby frame rails.
First rod i have ever done though I've done a few musclecars.
I'm definitly learning ,the doing part doesn't scare me but
knowing what to do and in what sequence can sometimes get a little confusing.
Hope I can help someone and get some help.

Hi Jeff, Welcome aboard. Pull up a chair and make yourself at home. Your going to meet a bunch of good guys and gals. Sometimes we get alittle crazy, but we're street rodders. We have to be alittle crazy sometimes to get into street rods. But it's well worth it.
My favorite saying is: The only dumb question there is, is the one you don't ask.

Jeff
...not sure if this message will get thru.
The reason I asked where you are located is because I too am in Canada. We have to stick together you know! I live just west of Toronto.
Here is a pretty good Canadian rod site: canadianrodder.com Check it out when you get a chance.
Good luck with your '32. Send pictures when you get them.

Hi Al thanks for the link it's nice to see a Canadian site once in awhile.
I voted for your car and then realized whose it was very nice it looks great.
I'll post some pics when I get more done, I've almost finished the chassis and the frame is almost ready for paint.
Moving on to wiring now and starting to think about the interior.
Catch ya later

Thanks for the vote! The coupe is now getting its interior and I can't wait to get it home. The only problem is the massive quantity of snow we have right now!! I think it will be June before it is all gone.
I may have to get out the flame thrower and melt it off my entire street..
Good luck with your '32.........the ultimate hot rod.
