They gotta be out there somewhere!

Any suggestions?

I'm quite certain that the GM performance catalog has some dress up and glitter stuff, but for some serious scoot for your six popper, try callin Fisher Engines in Mooresville, NC at 704-664-5881. They are the guys that built those 500hp motors for the Nascar Busch series a few years ago. They have valve covers, intakes, ect. Good luck.

I built up a 3.8 liter 90º v6 some time ago and found many neat parts for it including no name chrome covers new for $15 at the local swap meet. In looking at some catalogs, the parts I bought are still available and some work with the 4.3 which now begs the question, is it the older 90º or newer 60º design? I have Edelbrock intake, Holley carb, Mallory ignition system, Sanderson headers etc.
Since the 4.3 waas more popular than the 3.8, I would think that speed parts would be easier to find. Don't give up on it! Those engines when fed a few good parts, turn into Mighty Mouse!! Fred P
