I got a 30 ford 5w with a chevy 350 that Im having problems getting headers to fit. Blockhuggers dont give me enough room. I have alum. heads with angle plugs and the ports are square with round tops. I was quoted a price on sanderson headers at 540.00 but that seemed very high. I would appreciate any info and thanks to everybody that has replied.

I have HPC headers on my 30 sedan the only problem I had was I like my engine to set more level and the vega steering box is very close to the header drop tube but it's in there and looks great and they are lifetime guranteed I have my entire exaust system HPC coated flowmasters and all
makes for easy cleanin just wipe with some milkey stuff they give you and they always look just like you bought them today.

You do know that blockhugger headers for angle plug heads are made different than headers for straight plugs don't you? The two outer tubes are welded to the outer part of the collector to give more clearance for the plugs. Most block hugger headers have the middle two tubes towards the outer part of the collector. If I linked this right there should be a picture of a set for angle plug applications.
