Coilover Advise

It won't be long and I will be needing a set of coilovers for my '32 hi-boy coupe. I have heard that the way to go is the progressive wound spring. If so any recommendations on spring rates? Also, who's shocks do you guys recommend? I don't need or want anything fancy, just a good, solid all around shock. Thanks.

I have full bore coil overs on my sedan w/300 pound springs I also have a lot of weight added to the rearend. I was able to find out more and get faster service from the folks at aldan than anywhere so my next set will come from ALDANS
real nice folks, good product.

Dr. Pepper & Dave, thank you very much. I will check them out. They say if you get a set that is too stiff you will lift your rearend off of the ground on severe bumps. Not good. Thanks again.
