I know from long suffering experience that when somthing is wrong we tell everybody but when somthing goes right we tend to let it slip by. Well I had a problem and it made me very nervous because I really like to drive my Hot Rod. I have Zoop's brackets and pulleys. I broke a bolt on the alternator bracket while on the 2001 power tour. The bolt had to be drilled then use the easy out I was favored by the car god's once again and a very helpful circle racer came to my aid in his shop we managed the repairs and I was on my way as usuall he would accept no pay just pass the favor along. I sent an e-mail to Zoops to inquire about the problem and was suprised with a phone call very soon the voice on the other end was very knowledgable and gave me several suggestions 2 of which solved my problem but he was interested in my problem and making sure his product was not the problem. I was impressed and will always recommend Zoops whenever asked.
