Are the 9 inch rotors ok or will I need the 11 inch with a small block in the car?

I am building a 37 pickup. My thought is you can have all the power in the world, but you better be able to stop what you are pushing. i'm going with 11 inch rotors on mine.

I agree you should go with the 11 inch rotors. I think its a good idea to always upgrade to larger brakes on any application. I have a '37 Olds sedan with Mustang II and the 11 rotors and it has plenty of stopping power. Good luck!
