Power Window switches

Anyone know where I can obtain a pair of small rotary switches? I want to make a pair of window switches that will operate from the stock window crank.( I know they are available commercially, but I think $190 for two switches is a little rediculous ) Something like a small Micro switch would would possibly work. I am limited in space so they would have to be fitted into aprox one inch of depth in back of the trim panel. Any thoughts?

Strat by "engineering" a self centering "return spring" for the stock crank. It's weight will be too much for most small electronic parts and you don't want those windows "twitching" up or down when you hit a bump or close the door.
Then add a cam to contact a pair of small micro switches or button switches.
or use a finger to swing the toggle on a small SPDT center off toggle switch.

I access a lot of small parts at http://www.newark.com, Part detail pages usually contain a "download link" which will supply pictures.
