Does any A/C and Heat contorls work with any units.
(mix and match) Or do you have to stay with that brand of unit?

Rick, I haven't tried it but I'm sure they are interchangable. All the controls on my Vintage Air unit are just off the shelf, universal, buy 'em any where parts. The fan switch will control any 3 speed fan, the t'stat is a universal unit as is the airflow control.

Hey Rick I'm sure you already know but just in case. The switches are for the most part for vaccum relays that actually do the air switching. I just had to razz Fred a little actually......

Ray, for your info, most all of are middleadged guys here. Most all of us have some eyesight problems. The double post was made intentionally, thinking that Rick could probably read it better if there was a copy for each eye.

Fred, I always repeat everything i read. So that sure did help.
