Just checking to see if anyone is planning to attend this, perhaps the LARGEST one day event, Cruisin for a Cure, Saturday September 22 at the El Toro Marine Air Base in Irvine, California. Over 1700 pre registered so far! Their site is www.cruisinforacure.com check it out. Sounds like lots of fun, prizes, and the price is VERY REASONABLE! I'll be there with my 33 Willys all spruced up and spit-shined!

Just put a Mustang frontend and an 8 inch rear in a bright yellow '47 Mercury Coupe for a friend so that he can drive it to the "Cruisin for a Cure". He will be driving from the Prescott, Arizona area. Look him up and tell him ya heard about him on the net.........jb EXSEDAN

Hello peggysue:
Sorry for the late response, even though it is very close to my house, I will not be able to attend the cruise in San Berdoo...work and all. I can only squeeze a weekend once in awhile at my job and I chose the Cure Cruise. Now that I am surfing to the SRS site more often, perhaps our paths, as well as other SRS members, will cross.

Raz I'll be attending the Cruisin for a Cure show .My rod is a 1936 Ford 5- window coupe red in color. Drop by if your looking for shade, I dont have an EZ up but I do have a miniture picnic table that folds up into a neat carrying case it even has an umbrella.I first saw this type of table at the Fabulous Ford meet near Knotts Berry Farm, the guy next to me had one, it really saved the day as it was a scorcher. My entry #is 709 hope to see you there.clk-36.
