Hey guys & gals,
I have been trying to e-mail scans of
my cars & truck to Jason to run with
my profile. No luck. My scans are not
JPEG formatted, how do I convert my
pics to JPEG so that I can e-mail.
I am going nuts with this!!!!!!!
I run windows with a 6200 visioneer scanner,
I have ADOBE Photoshop etc.
I am stumped. Almost time for the 357 mag.

I'll try to help, but I'm not expert. I do scan alot of photos though cuz I don't have a digital camera, YET.

After you scan the photo, you then name it. At that point hit the little triangle next to the format(?) window. This will give you a drop down box full of choices. Pick the choice for JPEG. This is the most widely used and all your buddies would be able to open and view this format.

If your still having problems, I can walk you thru it over the phone tonight. Very easy to explain if your looking at the same screen I am at the same time. Send me an e-mail with your number and I'll call you before or after Survivor. Hope this helps. Good Luck :)

Thank you very much!!
Although my scans go to Paper Point,
I was able to go to Microsoft "Picture It"
which gave me the save as link to JPEG.
Now I can't wait to scan my pics and
post them tomorrow.Hopefully you will
see them there soon.
I was about to load the 357.

It's the only way I know. Do a "save as", in a photo program such as Microsoft Photo Editor, Adobee Photo Shop, etc. Choose the photo format you want in the window pull down menu.
