Okay, one more time kiddies. I think I realize what I was doing wrong. If this pic shows a red x, everyone help me out here; take any gun you have, and shoot the red x in the middle of your screen...that should get rid of it for good.

You're trying to post from Webshots and they won't let you. Go to the thread "ALL RIGHT, ALL RIGHT, HOW DO YOU DO IT ??? " Its all in there.
The best bet I think is to create a webpage which your ISP usually provides for free and after you figure out to post pictures there you can probably post them here like Denise is doing with the AOL account.

Nope, I don't know. I just found out the other day that AT&T offers one, but I haven't taken the time to try to figure it out.
SRS Webby posted a while back that he's working to get a direct upload of pics from your hard drive for the site.

thanks George. I'd like to thank you all for your help. Yeah, right! If you'd supported me in my quest, you wouldn't be reading this, 'cause you'd have shot out your screens to get rid of those x's. :-)
Insightbb bought out excite.com or whatever, and they are supposed to be working on getting us a free homepage soon (like maybe 10 years or so). I really didn't want you people to see my interior anyway. So there.
Have a good day, it's already 37 degrees here.

I've got an idea for you guys. If you have a photo that you'd like to post here send me the photo in an email. I'll upload it to my AOL album and COPY and PASTE the URL back to you in an e-mail so then all you have to do is COPY and PASTE it in the URL in your SRS post. I'm going to be home all evening working on my convert top bows in the living room. I'll check my email thruout the evening and send it back to you asap. Good Luck :)))

Yes, I have 7.0, it's located on your tool bar on the top of your screen under the heading SERVICES. It's the last one on the drop down list. I'm sure, even with 6.0, if you "search" for it in AOL, you should be able to come up with the link. Very, very easy to upload your photos and use. If you need any help, just hollar. :)))

Hi Rick,I also have 6.0,it's not located in the top taskbar but is instead located in the left hand column of the welcome screen that appears when you first sign on.It says "You've got Pictures" in the blue area.I am referring to the screen that appears every time you sign on,the one with todays weather, news etc contained within it.Stick with Denise's directions, she's good at teaching us old dogs new tricks!Hope this helps!See Ya!!
