Chokes on multiple carbs...

I am running a pair of rochester one barrel carbs on my Chevy. the only provision on them for a choke is manual.
Does anyone know if there is some kind of dual choke kit? Or do I just need to run two cables to get the car started in the morning?

i would think that with a little southern enginering you could make both chokes work with one cable. Run a cable to the back choke then run another cable from the front one to the back. Maybe even get an extra long cable and cut the housing off where needed for the rear carb then run the extra long inner cable through the choke bracket then slide some of the extra housing that you cut off back on to it and run it from the front choke to the back one. dang...i almost need to draw myself a picture to visualise it myself!

an extra foot of cable, a pair of split shot fishing weights and you'll have it nailed!

Actually I found something that willwork perfectly. Early Triumphs had manual choke dual carbs. They have a special cable just for that! Pretty nifty!
