35delivery Try going to you photo program or where ever you view your pictures at and look for resize or resample in your drop down menues. Click on one of those and you will see the size of your picture, put a check in the box that says "Keep Aspect Ratio" and then make the width or the height smaller and the other on will get smaller too then click OK . That should make your pictures smaller.

35delivery, you can just email me those pics - preferably in JPEG format. The size doesn't matter much - I have a script that will resize them for me anyhow.
