Got and old coupe in here with a 327. The motor looks great other than the fact it has big ugly moroso valve covers. This thing has roller rockers and stud girdles. Does anybody remember who made the spacer that went between the head and old vette valve cover??? I need to change this around but the guy does not want to loss the valve train componets or run caddy valve cover. I know they were made(i even used a set) So....if anybody remembers who had em or who made them?? Anybody have set they would part with?? Thanks Mike.....

Mike, here's a link to an ebay auction that is selling adapters for centerbolt heads to adapt to older style covers. The have both staggered and straight bolt pattern. I'm not sure how thick they are but they might do what you want, even if you have to adapt them a little. I'll bet that if you contact the company they can make what you want.

I'm pretty sure 47convert bought some of these to use for converting from straight pattern to staggered pattern a couple of months ago.
