Mustang pitman arm in the way

Happppy Friday everyone, I am building a 31'Tudor on a Total Performance frame and mounted a 67 Mustang steering box and now I can't use my full fenders because the pitman arm is too high. Shorter arm will shorten steering, can I lower steering box without effecting steering? Any problems you see? thanks Rick

Rick;
Not sure what the problem is on your end, I am using a mustang box and a six inch arm. I had to cut a small portion of the fender/splash lip where they bolt together to clear the zerk/arm and I have plenty of movement right/left. My box is attached to the 4 bar bracket back side. Think I have pictures of the install if you need them or I can take some and E-Mail to you if needed. Can't see myself where dropping the box down a bit would harm anything except ground clearance.
