Jerry Kind & George Barris 1941 CHYRSLER CITY COUPE goes HOLLYWOOD !
This car has been in very high demand at shows across the country and at SEMA 2002 and now it is "starring" in a new film. Devil's Knight is a film set in and about the Low-Rider community of Los Angeles with many of it's acting roles going to both old and new talents from the Latin community.

I don't get it... What's that Midwest? built custom got to do with the East LA Lowrider community?
It's a "Kustom", not at all like any Lowrider car.
Or does the driver of it play "the outsider"?
Just for once I wish movies would do their research and "get it right".
I think I've only seen indoor shots of that car before....
Car looks good in sun light!

Dr. J,
Since when was Jersey in the Mid- West? That's awefully East Coast if you ask me. LOL

Street is Neat, so are Feet.
Did Cali finally fall off the US and sink into the ocean like they been saying for years and we just moved further West, and I just haven't heard about this or what? LOL
Later

Where ya been Grant!!! CA. fell off the map a few years ago...thats why all the re-runs that are on now!
Will be looking for the movie when it opens in Dallas..There's a lot of "lowriders" here too. Saw some of their cars at a local show and couldn't believe the money spent on them. Gold plating every where! Even on the valve body!!!! Got an idea where probably some of the money comes from as we have a Latino neighborhood in Dallas too.
Not picking on a certain group but it just seems........
