well......damn if i know why people wont share their skills....it happens to me too....but normally iam the one asked for help which i give happely if someone is not jacking with me and is serious . my son is a lawyer but we built and raced drag cars when in calif for 8 yrs together and he took a bunch of welding classes along with his other stuff.......... i taught him what i could....my dad taught me nothing...he hated cars.....lol.
