I'm gonna click my heels three times on my ruby red slippers and repeat "there's no place like home...there's no place like home" and hopefully I'll end up in Topeka. If not, I'll have to drive there. I'm leaving on a road trip at 2:30 tomorrow morning to pick up the '31 frame I got on ebay.
Hope everyone has a safe and comfortable weekend...and behave yourselves...well, if you don't, at least have fun :-)
This does mean that summer is finally here in the north....right?
Oh yeah...Richard, I'll return the ruby red slippers when I get back.

Bill...I had a boss one time, that his wife asked him to cut the grass, so he did. Plus, he cut down all her flowers, so after that, she cut the grass. So, accidentally put a ladder through a window, or something, and maybe they won't ask you to do work anymore. If that doesn't work, do like the drug ads on TV say to do..."Just say NO!"
BYW, the IL. state police have a motto "clickit, or ticket".
Have fun, even past the holiday.

Hey Phil...Great advise! My wife asked me to do the laundry one weekend, she works every other weekend,so I did.I didn't see what the big deal was,she always complained about how much work it was and how long it took.Heck,I got it all in 2 loads and was done in a couple of hours. When she arrived home and saw that I had washed my new red sweatshirt in the same load as her previously white nursing uniforms...well,she said NEVER to touch the wash machine again and being the obediant husband that I am,I haven't!!Have a Great Holiday Weekend Everyone!!See Ya!!

The IL State Police are also using airplanes this weekend, radar detectors ain't gonna help. they have also been setting up checkpoints for seatbelt, ins. card etc. so if your traveling through Illinois--BEWARE!

Let us not forget on Monday, the great men and women of all our families, no matter what race, color, creed, heritage, religion, and sex they are that have paid the ultimate price of their lives, so we as Americans, can do whatever we want, whenever we want, wherever we want and do it with freedom and liberty for all people of this land.
For those of you that have personally lost family, friends, sons and/or daughters, thank you from the bottom of my heart and my familys' for their presence, heroism and lives for making this the best place in the Universe to live, breathe and play. I salute you one and all, they shall never faid from our thanks and thoughts.
Everyone be safe!
