Jeremy,$700 is a fair price, you can buy a cheaper chrome grill that's made in Argentina, the grill is fine but the plating leaves a lot to be desired.I put a Down's Aluminum grill in my 37 sedan, looked awesome untill the upholstery shop crashed my car.It has around 70 horizontal bars compared to the stock 57,the cost is $1200.I am using a Don's Hotrod stainless steel grill this time around,it has 71 bars, cost is around $2400 complete with the filler panel installed. If I were really flush,I'd spring for a Grill Art polished stainless grill, they are absolutely gorgeous but are $3400!Anyway,I'd make sure the chrome plating was done in the U.S. or Canada, the stuff I've seen plated from South America is average at the very best! See Ya!!
