I just got the April issue of STREET RODDER magazine and on page 24 there is a nice article on Liz Kitzul and her 2 travel cohorts Barb Balanyk & Kathy Milne. Good to see SRS people in the 'books'. Hats Off to you 3 Lady Rodders. Best wishes and keep the shiny side up and the Hammer down!! Randy

Alright Liz, what gives? The other day you were whining about the editor of Street Rodder, and how he said the Lipstick Run wasn't interesting. Now you're in the darn rag. All this after I cancelled my subscription just becuase of your troubles. LOL :)

I swear! This is all news to me....You wouldnt believe the grief and the circles they sent me in. The publisher asked me to submit the story, which I did, and the editor hucked it in the can. Then I chased them both down and asked whats up? And nobody knew anything...Hey..the truth? If it's published, its only because a certain business has persuaded the magazine...and we know they like to keep their advertisers happy,,right?
My issue wont arrive for ages yet. Gotta go - my dog sled awaits!

Damn, now I feel like a wimp, I spent Sunday running around town in my roadster, and Monday running Dad's hiboy from Carstairs down to Calgary.
I'm almost caught up to where I can do something with those extra pictures Liz, just got to finish dealing with the growth of my scout troop from 6 to14 over the past 3 weeks.

The article was nice and it was most likely influenced by Mickey L. Talked about the new T-Bucket and some photos. Had a picture of you (Liz) and the other 2 women. It is about 1/4 page or so. I thought it was NEAT. More ink than the rest of us got that month. I had my Street Rodder 3-4 days before I posted the statement. I get mine last around here. My buddies get theirs 2-3 days before I get mine. The mail must be slow in Canada! Randy
