i finally got the engine done and running for my rod the other day, i'm still doing some fine tuning and going to do some work on the carb to try and make it flow a little better. wow, does it run. it makes me feel like a kid with a new toy. i had to sneek it out for a little test run, it will keep you pinned in the seat pretty good. what a feeling. with the engine done, that about does it for the driveline. now i have the rest of it to get finished. at the rate things go, it will be a couple more years yet. oh well, rome wasn't built in a day either. keeps me out of trouble too, ha! ha! i had asked about camshafts from you guys and you all kinda steered me towards comp cams, i sent back the cam i had orderd and got one from comp....sure glad i did, it makes some real power. thanks guys.
