Hey, Thanks to all that attended JK's 1st Annual Southern Hosptality Party. Some 80 Rodders put a disappearing act on about 60 hamburgers, 65 hot dogs and several pounds of baked beans, potato salad, brownies, chips and dip and of course, cole slaw. Despite the constant rain Friday nite, we had a great time checkin out the shop and the current projects in the works. We are already planing next one. If your comming to Charlotte next year, make plans to join us. Thanks, again.

Hey, Now does JK have a nice street rod shop, or what?

Bummer on the tail lights, Bill, wish y'all could have made the party.
Saw that heavy rain commin Sat. but 3PM, just knew it would wash out some attendees. Thanks for the cudos on the bucket though. It is for sale of course, 23T glass body, 327, 3x2 Rochester 2g's, on an Edelbrock manifold, 350 trans w/ a 4000 stall converter, chrome sandersons, red steelies w/ trim rings and baby moons, big and little wide whites, full gauges, fresh black paint w/ white, blue and red flames, 1350lbs. w/ lots and lots of throttle. All fresh stuff. Kookie Burns would be proud of this one. $14,000 for the most fun you can have legally and alone. I'll try to post some pix soon.

BTW, you suppose everyone reading this knows who Kookie Burns is??

BINGO, Denise AND Phil. The T- bucket was sold-traded to good friend and fellow rodder Ray Wallace, who had 4 cars at Charlotte this weekend. Ray had a problem, 4 cars, 1 driver. I took control of the T-bucket for the weekend. As a matter of fact, it's being stored in JK's garage as we speak. Kinda hope Ray has that "I can't drivem all" problem for a while. I'm gettin use to the bug scars on my forehead. Smarts a little, but you get use to it. Denise, you remember the bucket, don't ya?

Of course I do! Took an awesome ride in it this summer. :)) Sure wish John didn't get rid of it. You know my weakness for topless cars. :))
