gas-line size

I just installed a Edlebrock mechanical fuel pump on my 327. what size is the inlet fitting and what size should the stainless line do you suggest? Can I just dump other end of line in a 5 gal can for temp start-up? thanks again Rick

I think normal size is 3/8" but I'm not sure.
Of course you can do the 5 gallon can deal for start up.
In fact it's agood idea. In case it won't shut off you can always pull the hose out of the can. LOL:)

excitement!!! I have building this chassis for three years now. I am so close I can hear the smittys in my sleep. Speaking of sleep, I asked the wife if I could sleep in the garage the day I start it. Rick

Sure you can sleep out in the garage. But remember to shut it off before you go to sleep----permanently.:)
Or at least open the garage door.
