The first of the year, I bought a 383 stroker kit, it comes every thing but rods. Uses 5.7 rods and has a scat steel crank. The address below (Northern autoparts.)

After using air flow research heads/TPI manifold/ /495 lift 280-224 112 lobe separation cam/crane hi-intenisity lifters and a 52 mm throttle body with an Accel onboard computer, I have more torque, then any other small block I have had, And purrs like a kitten

This kit has bearing-all gaskets-and choice of rings-timing chain kit
