question about 54 chevy pickup

I am working on a 54 Chev pickup and since I tore it apart about 5 years ago, I can't remember if there is any trim pieces (garnish moldings) that go up the windshield posts or across the top of the windshield on the inside.

It is different than the earlier trucks. It would not be unusual for me to have lost a few pieces and the memory never was really good.

Any help would be appreciated.

I just finished putting my 54 Chevy pu together last week, so I think I can answer this. The olnly trim on the inside of the windshield would be on top of the dashboard at the bottom of the windshield. It helps direct the defroster towards the inside of the windshield. The only 'trim' around the inside is the windshield rubber.

Thanks for the information, that is the way I thought it was. But the memory sometimes isn't accurate. Really appreciate the help.
