I like a fool got scammed. Sent a money order for $350 for a GT-40 upper and lower for my Deuce to James Maddux, 11211 South Military Trail, Apartment #1322, Boynton Beach, Florida 33436 on the 07 July and am getting no response to my emails. See now that he listed 2 more sounding very similar to the one I bought for $315.00 and $375.00 on the Stangnet classifieds.Coincidence?? Notice someone else on this site who got ripped off on some twisted wedge heads. Found a web site called the Corral ( http://www.corral.net/forums/showthread.php?s=&postid=2164719#post2164719)and they have numerous posts dedicated to his ripping off of other unsuspecting people. How does one continue to do this? He is still listing parts to this day!!I filed a report with the FBI. Not sure what it will accomplish, but I think I feel better. Any fellow hot rodder feel like kicking some scum a**!!!Just trying to save someone their hard earned cash!! Anyone else have any similar dealings?

If you use a United States Postal money order, Bring your reciept to the postmaster in your area. The scammer WILL be prosicuted. The will track him down. Man I hate scumbags.

Unfortunately paid by International funds money order from a Canadian bank. Line up at the border was too long that morning...doh!!!

Is this guy anywhere near Palm Harbor. I got stiffed by a guy in Palm Harbor this last month. Paid for a shifter and go nothing. Have started procedures against him. We will see what happens. Good luck

I have done alot of biz on ebay and twice off of other sites. Once on here...thanks again Mikey!!! Unfortunately I ran into the scum of the earth and it was a $350 mistake. Hard one to swallow and I will track his ads and spread the info as best I can. If I can save one other from getting burnt... it will make me feel better. Roger

Don't just sit there and take it. Get on the internet and go to the Florida Attorney General's Office, and file a fraud complaint against this a**hole. Present them with as much evidence as you can using print outs from other posts about this guy as well as your own dealings with him. You can make his life miserable if you want to and it won't cost you a dime to do it.
