JW and Peg can use some help
by edcroozer

Johnny called me a week or so ago with some rather disturbing news. JW and Peggy are going through some serious medical nightmares at this time. We all know Johnny Walker as a great person who will help anyone out of any kind of jam. Now it`s our turn. He and Peg can use our prayers and well wishes to get them through the rough times ahead. If you have some spare time, Shoot Johnny and Peg a get well email and let them know you are pulling for them. They can really use the support right about now. In my book, These two people are the best on the planet...Bar none.

Thanks for the heads up Ed! Will do, I know he and his wife kept my lovely bride in prayer, it's the least I can do for someone who's also been there for me.

As many of you know.....or may not. JW and his wife Peggy live just down the road from my home. I talked with Peggy this morning. They are both under doctor's care but are at home and trying to live as normal a life as they can. Both are facing serious medical issues that will require surgery and doctor care but properly taken care of it is not life threatening.

JW is going to Charleston SC Tuesday for another doctor's opinion at the Medical College of SC. They are considered the best around. He will most likely schedule his surgery around the Christmas holidays.

Ed, thanks for the heads up with JW and Peggy. I consider JW the best friend you could ask for, I count myself lucky to be able to see him twice a year,(Des Moines and K.C.)he always has a big ole smile and remembers me each time we meet. It saddens my heart to hear that life has thrown them a curve, but with good medical care maybe it wont be too long before life shines brightly for them again. Our thoughts and prayers are with them. Randy, if ya see them before JW goes on Tuesday tell them the folks in western Iowa are pullin for them and if there is anything we can do or if there is anything they need let us know cause we're here for them!! It's hard to go through serious medical problems yourself, but to have someone you love go through them is even harder.
I know. I've been there.
But not at the same time.
Stay strong.
We will pray for you, and see you in September!
