WHY not try the Chrome Shop that advertises here......?

It is in Texas.......

Advance (in Nashville ) is good.....but their turn around time is 3 months plus. I left some small pieces with them at the Shades of the Past show ....first week in September .....and still do not have it back......

Nobody here is deaf............

All caps indicate you are shouting (on the net.......and impolite)

I always take my stuff to the shows and hand it to Tom. He is the man at Advance with the deep voice and works the booth. I get the price.....pay him, or not .....and get the recipt. He did the entire front end on my 32 (8 - 10 years ago) and it still looks great. Turn around was 2 - 3 weeks back then.

Sucess has made the $$$ go up. Why do it cheap when the turn around time is 3 plus months.

I have not used the guys from here but I will next time. Others here have used them........with sucess.

Maybe someone will post........

I don't know about anyone else, but I have used Jon Wright at
http://www.customchromeplating.com/
He does an incredible job and depending on how busy he is,the turn around is fairly quick. When it comes to Chrome plating you need to remember your options.

Straycat, I've used Paw Paw Plating just west of Kalamazoo. That's about an hour from you so you could take the stuff over for a quote and see if his work is good enough for you. He takes his time but I've always been happy with the work and his prices are fair if you've got the time to let him fit it in. It's a production shop and he runs custom stuff to fill in when production is low.

I'm taking some bike parts over there soon.

Here's the contact info:
Paw Paw Plating, Inc
139-T Commercial St
Paw Paw, MI 49079

I can tell you who to avoid like the plague, and that is Precision Plating in Indianapolis. I had a horror story with them. They advertise in GG Gazette.
