the sticky solution??

I wanted to get opinions on what's the best adhesive to use when doing upholstery. I have tried numerous brands like super 77 and others. But when I went to a trim and design shop the guy used some kind of spray adhesive that he bought by the gallon then used a spray gun. Is there some professional brand that I'm not aware of? Everything else tends to droop after a long hot summer.

Thanks

I used 3M Super 77, and am pleased with it. The key thing to remember is that you don't want bleed through. You have to be careful with what you use. There are pleanty of construction adhesives out there, contact cement for Formaica comes to mind. But, that stuff is NASTY! Call this place, and ask what they reccomend. I bought all of my supplies through them, they might have a solution:

3M™ Adhesives Web site -buy on line-

This is as good as the glue trimmers, spray out of a pressure pot.
