french flat head motors

anyone remenber the man that had late model ford flat head engines build in france, for sale ? happy thankgiving to all. Mac-33

I don't know about that guy but I do have a 2-3 year old article about "new" flathead blocks that were found in a warehouse someplace and were going up for sale. I'll see if I can track it down for you.

Richard LeJuerrne, owner of Halibrand, is the guy that was selling them. I think they were $1500 for a fully machined block. Halibrand has gone thru some reorganization but you can try to contact them thru their website http://www.halibrand.com/index_frames.htm

Check with Red or Marilyn at www.reds-headers.com you might also check with Dennis Carpenter in Charlotte, NC. He was selling them complete for about $3,500.00 a year or so ago.
