Looks to be a good deal....You could make one hell of a screamer out of it with all the right stuff. Power to weight oughta be phenominal!

There's a member here (Terry) that bought one new from Darrell Zip a couple of years ago. I saw that he had it for sale a while back as a partially done project. Maybe he will see this post and tell you from experience what he thinks.

No, that's a track T. Zipper's Lakes Modified is a unique kit based on a '26 T I think. Here's their webpage http://www.zippermotors.com/

Hey George!

Yes I had a Zipper. I had to make the VERY hard desision to sell it a few months back. Not becouse I didn't like the car but becouse, we wanted to build a car the whole family could ride in. So the sale funded the 47 Merc I'm building now.

As for the Zipper car. I can simply say that EVERYTHING about the car was right on. Every thing fit, And everything was high quality. And as a plus, Darrell and his wife, and his employees are fantastic people. From the first time I talked to them they make you feel like old friends.

Plus they have made some improvements since I had mine. The doors are now sucide. And a few other little things.

If this is the kind of car your looking for, then this is the place to get it.
