Now thats.........different. Kinda looks like they brought the old Packard styling and grafted it to a new Lincoln. Wonder what the coupe will look like.

Some days you get the elevator,
Some days you get the shaft......
First impression with looks is heavy into Tucker and slightly into Jaguar made to look Packard at the grille. What with the name PACKARD who can go wrong.Ask the man who owns one.

I did ask one who owns ones, I do, I can't see how they can put the kind of quality and workmanship into a car today like they had in the pre-war Packards. The cost would be astronomical. I know there wasn't a price tag on the Packard in that ad but, didn't they try this a few years back based on a Lincoln Mark series or some such car? Just my $.02 as we say here.

I just want the grill, so I can make cheap copies of it that are molded to a VW hood... ;^)
Packard is gone.
Bugatti is gone.
Stutz is gone.
Deusenberg is gone.
Let them RIP...
Oldsmobile isn't gone yet...
There's still time to revive it!
The "Rocket" just needs some designers who don't think only "Old Fogies" want to drive the car!

geez, I'm in the Packard chat room all the time, they have ebay running continually in there, the chat room is a side bar. you have to be a packard member tho. you can get most any year grille there, depending of course on when there's one up for sale.

As I recall the Packard guy is located in Az.
Seems like there has been some problems mostly related to money with keeping the car company going.
