Here's a few shots of some of the new changes. This past weekend I shaved and filled the hood (still not quite done), frenched an antenna into the passenger front fender (now I can actuall pull in more than one station), and added a bunch of cool purple Moon stuff to the interior (wheel & knobs).

Hmmmmm..Mexico, eh? Know where I can get some purple dingle-balls?? LOL
btw...the reason I went with the purple interior accessories is once the hood is done I'll be spraying some 60's style purple scallops on the beastie.

I'll have to post some pics of our mechanic's toy. '84 Ford Ranger on hydraulics. It will set the bottoms of the doors on the ground, and it has a lift of over 24" in the back.

How do you get so much done on the truck and drive it to?
Wazzup with the "awsume Coo-tosh" kit car?
I see it in primer with moondiscs and wide whites! hehe

Thanks guys!
Jim...it's PPG DP-50 epoxy primer.
Moondisc...SO much done on it?? It's been on the road for almost 5 years now. I should have it done and winning shows already! LOL I do a little bit to it every year, as the budget allows. This year it got the new engine, plus the stuff in these pics.
The Countach kit car belongs to a customer. It has a mid-engine 375hp 350 in it. My boss has been slowly working on it for a customer who is in no hurry. Kinda like a retirement project. I like your wheel/tire idea for it, too. :)

Looks like a super daily driver, something I could live with very comfortablely. I agree with the spun aluminum moon disks or maybe chrome reversed w/baby moons with BW tires.

Alan, I didn`t know if you knew it or not but your truck is in Car Kulture De Luxe magazine issue #6 page 27. The Chevado team sent me an issue because their Nomad is in it and low and behold...So is your truck. BTW...it`s looking awsome.

For 25 grand I'll autograph the dash and pose with the new owner for pictures. LOL
Oh yeah...if I put the dingle-balls and hyraulics in, isn't also required to have flame throwers and a 10" chain steering wheel? :-)

Is that $20K CANADIAN, or do you want REAL money???
I know it's good for you Canadians, but it is getting too expensive for us in the USA to travel to Canada. ....Last summer $1 US = $1.56 Can. Last week, $1 US = $1.36 Can.
I can't afford my Canadian wife anymore! hehe

That would have to be in "real" money, of course! Although, if things keep up the way they have been the past few weeks, maybe Cdn bucks wouldn't be so bad. :-)
The rise in our dollar may be hard for you guys coming up north, but it's sure going to make my trip to Speed Week in Bonneville a whole lot easier to handle. It's also good for our shop. 99% of our parts come from US suppliers.

Ed, two SRS members in CK Deluxe. Kinda cool! Great pic of the Chevado, I'd love to see that coming at me across an intersection. :-)
I subscribe to CK and was very surprised to see my truck in it. We were hanging around with Shag and SamIyam all weekend, 2 very cool car nuts.
If you look at the colour page (26) from the Bonneville article, the roadster pic directly under the "flag girl" is Cword's dad's '31 highboy running across the salt. At the bottom of that column of pics is another shot if it pulling our very own B/STR.
