I am getting to the point of planning my exhaust system and was wondering which way to go, stainless or jet coated. Anyone have some previous experience either way. Thanks Roger

Roger,

Had polished stainless on my last car from headers to the Super Traps on the ends. It will blue/brown on the headers and pipes. Lot of up keep. Go with the ceramic coating in the high luster. If you weld up any of the exhaust make sure the welds are ground smooth and no pin holes cause it will show all the defects when coated.

Would you believe me if I told you I am having my STAINLESS exhaust,JetHot coated?????????? Why not have the best of BOTH worlds..........reason being that, FlowMaster, doesn't offer a STAINLESS muffler that you can POLISH......
Do you hear that FlowMaster?????????
