I'm lookin' for a pair of headlight bukets that are found on the front fenders of the cars of the 40's. Don't care if there is any guts to them,,,,,just need the pods. Thanks, Dave

Dave, Are you talking about the type you weld on the fender?
I used 40 chevy buckets to weld to the fender they and used 36 ford headlight trim rings,worked good but you have to shape them to the fender.
What are you building?

I had this idea in my head for a while, and son of a gun if some guy didn't do it first! It's the white coupe turned roadster in Street Rodder this month. I want to mount the lites to the side of the body (27 Ford roadster) near the grille. I was planning on reshapeing the opening and useing a pair of Jag bezels that I have laying around. If I can't get what I want, I'll just have to make it out of fiberglass, like the rest of the car. Dave
