This location is just a couple of miles from my house. The idea was brought up on another link about a few members perhaps getting together,spend a day walking thru the old place and then doing dinner after.
Deb and I would like to extend an invitation to all who like to come. What I propose is we meet here at our house,I can show you folks where this place is located,then after we are done checking the cars out,meet back here for beer and BBQ. All I ask is,YOU guys pick the day,and let me know how many are coming,we will handle the rest. I can get in touch with the sons selling the cars, and try to make arrangments for them to be there to let us in. Deb and I will provide the food and drink afterwords. Sound like a plan to you guys??? Let me know what you think.

If I can dig out of the white stuff before August..and depending on the date, I MIGHT swing it...got a full plate of car shows/cruises/charity events (tired of payin $10 for some club to charge $5 to let people come look at MY car so I'm doin' events that I know where the money goes to) this year.

Pick the date, and if im free, I'm there if I'm in one piece, mobile and breathing.

The FREE BEER got my attention !!!! Although April is a little early for me....it is right in the rainy season and the weather is too unpredictable. I am for a latter date if possible. June or July (?). Just a thought. As the time gets near I should be able to commit....can't be sure at this time......sounds like a good idea.

Anyone can restore an old car, it takes a man to cut one up.

Just in case anyone wants to know,we are located minutes north of Mansfield Ohio. Mansfield is approx. 1 hour south of Cleveland and 1 hour north of Columbus. Pretty easy to get to. If you folks buy any tin,I have some room outside to park it till you can retrieve it later,if need be. Just let us know how many and when :))

I'm sure I'll try to be there as it's only an hour away. I'll also be more sure as the date draws nearer. Rain would not make me happy as I hate getting my poncho caught on old tin.
Seven hours is close for the whole trip to and from Pitt. About 3 &1/2 each way. If I remember you'd come West on the pikes too around Youngstown and then take 224 west too 71 South. Maybe 3 hours each way that way...Frank

I'd love to come meet everyone and poke around those cars. I could spend all day in there. April is good for me. Like enjenjo said, the weeds are still packed down from the snow and the new ones haven't grown yet. You can see a lot more that way. But I'll probably show whatever the date.
