hey guys any recommmendations for a dic brake upgrade, my 48 dosnt stop too well, and i think a upgrade is in order to stop the heavy chevy...any suggestions on brands would be great, id like to keep the master cylinder i have if possible...no need for a wildwood setup, but soemthing nice looking with a bigger rotor and more stopping power that dosnt increase track width much...im running 18" front b. codds so clearance isnt much of an issue...thanks..btw i finally got my shockwaves, spindles, tubular arms up front and my stainless link out back and bags! Im pumped again!

Also www.ecihotrodbrakes.com both good companys. Just started using stainless steel brake but have not driven it yet. If you dont want the tread width to change make sure you go with camaro rotors and not granada or chevelle nova. Granda widen up the track width a little less than a 1/2 inch per side.Chevelle/nova is about 3/4 inch per side. I would also suggest you use the older gm calipers..(they take the MD52 brake pad) the metrics are a bit smaller and dont stop as well. Some of the cheaper(speedway) kits use them.

How 'bout Wilwood or Baer? Looking in a old SRM, RB's has/had a 11" Stang Rotor kit for $295 complete.
