You prolly thought this was going to be about car parts, didn't ya? Well, one thing my daddy always taught me was "if you can't stand the heat, get out of the kitchen"...
I learned how to cook ! This puppy will do a 1 inch thick, platter sized T-bone,in 4 minutes flat!
GOT GRILL ???

Yup,several sheets of stainless steel!! The only thing on this grill that is NOT stainless,is the brass valves and the plastic knobs......even the burners are cast stainless.
We cook outside, just about every single night, year round.I told the wife I was tired of buying grills and rebuilding them every 2 or three years, then after the second rebuild, having to throw them away. This should be the last grill I have to buy for a loooong time!

nzsimon........I have always had 2 grills on the deck.Last ones,I had a Webber for the fast cooking and a stainless Holland for slooooow cooking. I can't believe how much more space we have on the deck, now that I set it off to the side.Had to pour a concrete pad to hold it though, that new grill weighs in at a hefty 350lbs!
For what it is worth, the Webber probably held up better than any other grill I have had(six years)but the Holland was a joke as far as longevity.Only the body was stainless,so the stand, the heat plate and the burner inside rusted away in five years.
