Really neat article in the latest Street Rod Builder on the latest offering from HRH, a deuce roadster with a retractible roof at the push of a button! Looks kinda neat but the full auto version will set you back $22,900. At this price the original car will seem more affordable even if you have to manually remove the roof. Roger

Definate 10 on the 'Neat Factor'....but outta my league on the 'Price Tag Factor'.

Cool stuff!

I am making progress on my top bows and header.....just about done. So far I have spent $29.45 CAD and a few hours work. It will work just fine. After I have the template made of conduit done and fitted I will then make it out of stainless.

What are you using to bend the conduit and the stainless tubing? Years ago I tried to bend steel tubing for a nerf bar on a car I was building and it kept kinking.I even tried filling it with sand and welding the ends closed... to no avail. Keep us posted on your progress on the top.
