Air Conditioning Compressor Brackets

A friend is replacing a small block chevy with a big block 454 into his '85 Chevy pickup. He wants to use the GM R-4 compressor (the short late model unit used on small blocks} since he does not have or does he want to buy the A-6 comp. used on the big blocks. This is the long comp. Does anyone know of a bracket interchange to make the R-4 GM comp. bolt to the big block? 31 "A" Man

I found Bill's Hot Rods in Covina, CA to have the most beautifully crafted brackets I have seen. Bill does not have a website, but he advertises in Street Rodder and the GG Gazette. They are works of art!

I have abs of steel. For the protection of others, they are covered with padding.
