Steering joints

I purchased the steering joints today for my chevy. The rep from Flaming River was very helpful in telling me what I needed to complete the set up. I explained that I was using the Fatman Mustang II setup. He set me up with the spline hookup that should work. Got home and the sppline end diameter was off. So question is: How do I figuer up what I need for my Power rack? I tried counting the splines but am not sure if the count is accuruate. I purchased them from Southern Rods and hope that the will swap it out In the morning. But I Need to know if anyone knows the correct size needed or how to figuer it??? The bigger problem is not knowing what power ravck is under the front?

Kelly, Ford power racks are 3/4" 36 spline.

Measure twice; cut once, ie. "I cut it three times and it's still too short"

Jim,

Thanks for the info. The one Wayne said was the correct one. It
s about what I thought to begin with but just needed to make sure I was on the right track. I also wanted to mention that the guys at Southern Rods were great to work with on swapping out the right joint. I explained the problem and they had no problem with the exchange. They were running a great show special that I couldn't pass up!

Thanks again for the help.
