I've been searching for months now for good stainless trim for around the top of the box for my '60 ElCamino with no luck. The guy I bought the car from ground mine down with a course disc, and epoxy primed it. I've stripped the prime and almost sanded through the stinless to get to the bottom of the scratches without a lot of luck and I'm getting desperate! The worst piece is the tailgate trim. With all the grinding and sanding and polishing, the stuff now rusts! Does anyone know of a parts car with good trim?

Hello 47. About a year ago I went to this guy's place to look at a '65 GTO. He had many 59-60 Chevy's, mostly '59's, Cars, ElCaminos and even a '59 Sedan Delivery (wouldn't mind having that one my dang self). I searched and found his bus. card. Info is as follow:

I don't believe they go back to 1960. I checked their on line catalog and don't see anything for my car, but I'll drop them an e mail. Thanx for the suggestion.
