This is a custom built mini bike that we have dubbed a "Hardley". The frame has been stretched six inches and the forks extened eight inches. This scooter gets its go from a 3hp Briggs & Stratton and gets its whoa from a foot operated brake. Other custom features are the headlight, gas tank and sissy bar just to name a few.
